Our History
Stage 1
Our group had its humble beginnings in 1964, under the visionary leadership of Shri Dharampal Bansal. At a very young age, he obtained a double A-class electrical government contractor license, laying the foundation for a journey marked by expertise and commitment.
Stage 2
The company quickly gained recognition by excelling in electrical fittings in the Moga region. Shri Dharampal Bansal earned the moniker “Dharampal Bijli Wale” for his outstanding contributions to the field.
Stage 3
Building on its success, the group expanded its ventures by establishing an electrical shop named Punjab Agriculture Supply Company, swiftly becoming a top player in the market. This marked a significant milestone in the group’s growth and influence.
Stage 4
Our venture emerged as a leading force by actively participating in the implementation of Punjab government’s “Own Your Tubewell” scheme in 1999 and 2008. The group played a pivotal role in installing and supplying a maximum number of transformers, as well as erecting high-tension lines, garnering recognition from the Punjab State Electricity Board.
Stage 5
Leveraging its experience and expertise, the group diversified its portfolio to specialize in supplying and installing transformers, LT lines, wires, MCCBs, control panels, and agricultural pumps. The focus was on achieving the highest customer satisfaction rate, solidifying the group’s reputation in the industry.
Stage 6
In 2017, Shri Sukhjiwan Bansal, son of the late Dharampal Bansal, ventured into the solar EPC business. Embracing innovation and forward-thinking, Mr. Shivam Bansal joined the board in 2020, infusing the solar EPC business with youthful energy. The goal extended beyond business success to contribute towards making India carbon neutral, marking a transformative stage in the group’s journey.
